“ I should have done a review the day we went. Now I cant remember the Managers name but that man treated my 90 year old mother like a Queen. He looped his arm around hers and escorted her to the table. She was beaming ear to ear. He check on us to make sure we were happy. He was a delight. Everyone was. It was my birthday. And I was glad to yield too my mother being treated so well because at 90, I never know how long I have her. So thank you. ”
“ Bravo to the Pineville IHOP team! First time visit and was not disappointed by far. The seating was almost immediately within 3 minutes of arrival. We also were seated in a clean table for two booth and had menus in place for only 2 minutes before our server introduced herself. The server was super engaged, and had our orders in promptly. Our choice was the breakfast sampler x 2 and the food was awesome! Eggs were hot and cooked precisely, pancakes right on point, and bacon with hashbrowns all checking the right boxes. We fully endorse this location, only to caution patrons getting in before 9am on weekends to avoid the large breakfast crowds. ”

“ Quick dining for comfort food and breakfast. Never had an issue. All staff attentive and quick to ask if you need anything or to refill a drink. Never had to wait to get a table and if there was any wait at all, a quick bathroom trip is usually the amount of time it took to grab one. Good for ordering breakfast to go as well, and usually take between 10 to 15 minutes. Overall several good experiences with excellent breakfast and American comfort food. ”
“ Absolutely amazing!!! Optimal customer service from the new hostess or manager in training. She was extremely professional, sharp and in total control. The food was its best. Packaged perfectly and picture perfect. The chef that cooked the meal deserves a raise.....couldnt have been any better. Absolutely scrumptious!!! The trainerwaitress was also doing an awesome job. She was being patient with her trainee, yet did not sacrifice providing service excellence. I give todays visit an A! ”
“ We visited about two weeks after this location reopened. Prepandemic the service and food were not usually great. What an improvement! Our group of three had two sandwiches, onion rings, scrambled eggs and pancakes. The food was very good and served piping hot. The service is also much improved. We were greated promptly, seated in less than 10 minutes even with two parties ahead of us and Desiree took our order promptly. The food came out in a reasonable time. Desiree was professional and pleasant. Very happy with this lunch experience, and will definitely go back. ”
